Richard Bathgate of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL was appointed as Interim Liquidator of the Company by Tain Sheriff Court on 10 February 2026. The Company had ceased trading prior to the Interim Liquidator’s appointment.
